Description Full-Time | Onsite We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a people-first organization that values teamwork, professionalism, and doing things the right way. This role is a key part of our accounting and office operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with numbers, and supporting a collaborative team environment. In this position, you will be primarily responsible for managing accounts receivable functions, including posting payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role will also include cross-training in accounts payable and daily cash deposits, providing flexibility and coverage support when needed. Accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality are critical, as this role directly supports financial reporting and operational integrity. The ideal candidate is trainable, coachable, and adaptable, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Prior accounting or automotive industry experience is helpful but not required, we are happy to train the right individual who brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
