We currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Accounts Clerk professional to join our highly dedicated Finance team.

Responsibilities:
YOUR MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Keep track and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data;
- Prepare invoices in a timely manner in conjunction with Panthers policies
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted;
- Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organisation by sending invoice reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts;
- Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status;
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues with the various site contact;
- Process other Transactional Data as required and;
- Provide back up support for daily bank reconciliation, and daily sales postings to the general ledger.
- Work with the finance team on various bookkeeping and finance tasks.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE
- 2+ years previous relevant experience in an accounts receivable clerk role,
- A positive and motivated attitude with a strong work ethic
- The ability to multi- task and prioritise whilst building positive internal and external relationships;
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to use initiative and be proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Intermediate computer skills and thorough administration practices
- Microsoft Dynamics – preferred
- Opera Cloud – highly regarded
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- High Attention to detail and;
- Ability to work autonomously, in a team, and with remote teams
