Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Type: Temporary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, credits, and payments.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of customer accounts, resolving discrepancies and addressing any account issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all payment and billing activities.
  • Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Compensation: Estimated pay rate is 22-27/hour.
