We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable/Collections Clerk to join our accounting department. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day credit and collections tasks.

• Managing daily collections, account discrepancies/reconciliations, AR issues, etc.;
• Generating monthly A/R reports for distribution;
• Preparing quarterly A/R summaries;
• Sending out reminder statements.
• Posting general credit card transactions;
• Preparing monthly reports for VISA/MC charges;
• Posting cheques, direct deposits and incoming wires for the general account;
• Posting credit card service fees;
• Preparing daily general deposits;
• Generating monthly A/R reports for distribution;
• Preparing quarterly A/R summaries;
• Sending out reminder statements.
