THE ROLE: This 12-month contract role involves managing receipting and allocations, supporting the Accounts Receivable team, and assisting the wider business to ensure smooth financial operations. What you’ll be doing: Reconciliation of payments Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and accurately posted Supporting the month end process Generating receivables' reports Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed Communicate with customers to request payment and arrange payment plans Collect payment from customers/clients and accurately record it into the system Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses Update client accounts based on payment or contact information. ABOUT YOU: Min of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role Excellent written and oral communication skills Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages Experience performing full function accounts receivable duties THE PERKS: We are always developing our benefits for our team, this includes: Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
