THE ROLE: Join our ASX listed company where you will play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. You’ll be managing receipting and allocations, supporting the Accounts Receivable team, and assisting the wider business - ensuring payments are accurate and timely. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys precision, collaboration, and making an impact. Key Responsibilities: Reconcile payments and ensure all accounts are accurately posted Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, calculating, and posting AR data Support month-end processes and generate receivables reports Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, keeping information up to date Communicate with customers to request payments and arrange payment plans Collect and record payments accurately in the system Prepare reports and balance sheets to document overall profits and losses Update client accounts with payment or contact information ABOUT YOU: Min of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar AR role Excellent written and oral communication skills Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages Experience performing full function accounts receivable duties THE PERKS: We are always developing our benefits for our team, this includes: Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
