We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support our dynamic Accounting team.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As our Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant AR operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams to manage customer payments, support B2B invoicing, and maintain account accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and apply customer payments in NetSuite, including credit memos, returns, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy based on remittance and portal data
  • Maintain up-to-date customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor AR Aging and escalate overdue or high-risk accounts as needed
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded in the appropriate accounting period and comply with internal controls
  • Support B2B processes, including invoicing, deduction tracking, claims resolution, and general reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate customer account information
  • Participate in month-end, year-end, and audit-related activities
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives
