As our Accounts Receivable & Denials DRG Supervisor, you will be responsible for the appropriate management of assigned accounts, workloads, and processes as well as employee development. Every day, you will do initial reviews and approve and review cases for external appeal and inpatient/outpatient billing. To thrive in this role, you must have a strong leadership mindset with an understanding of how to utilize a multitude of hospital patient accounting systems and be skilled in using MS Excel and other business reporting tools. Successful applicants will be specialists in DRGs, while managing a large inventory and team. This person will collaborate well with others through working closely within the domestic and global organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Specialized DRG experience is required.
    For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,342.00 - $94,799.70 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
    This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
