Earthlite, LLC has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist, with Accounts Payable experience who will be responsible for providing financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payments under his or her control.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
• collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
• perform account reconciliations.
• monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• review AR aging to ensure compliance, this includes research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
• follow established procedures for processing cash receipts
• investigate and resolve customer queries
• process adjustments
• develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
• communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
• assist with month-end closing
• collect data and prepare monthly metrics
• Process customer payments including checks, credit cards, and electronic payments
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are properly applied.
• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
• Making collection calls
• Process 3-way P.O. matching invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
