About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Executive to support our finance team in managing customer invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation activities. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their finance career who wants to grow with a fast-paced, international team. Job Responsibilities Generate and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Record incoming payments and maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records. Follow up with clients on outstanding payments via email and phone. Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Assist in month-end closing processes related to AR. Support reporting and audit requirements as needed. Bachelor's degree in accountancy, ACCA or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably with proven full sets of accounts, reporting and tax experiences. Prior experience in consolidation is a strong advantage Working at a fast-growing regional start up (e-commerce) and audit experience and insurance experience is a huge plus Experience with insurance brokerage/insurance/fintech is an added advantage Critical thinking skills and growth mindset A self-starter with hands-on experience Hands-on, excellent attention to details with a control centric mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
The Accounts Receivable Executive will generate and issue customer invoices, record incoming payments, and maintain accounts receivable records. They will also follow up on outstanding payments and assist in month-end closing processes.
