As part of Hostinger's Accounts Receivable team, you’ll ensure that revenue-related entries are recorded with precision, efficiency, and scalability in mind. With a detective-like mindset, you’ll work with large and complex datasets to reconcile accounts receivable balances, uncover discrepancies, and investigate revenue-related issues across systems. Your attention to detail will help you spot even subtle anomalies, while your analytical thinking will allow you to understand why they occur and how to prevent them in the future. Connect with your team: Erika Vitkutė, Accounts Receivable Manager or Viktorija Dzenkauskienė, Head of Accounting Your day-to-day Perform revenue-related accounting activities during month-end and year-end close, including posting and validating billings, fees, and conversions Execute data checks and controls to ensure figures completeness and accuracy of financial data Work hands-on with large datasets - analysing, validating, and reconciling data across multiple systems; identify root causes of discrepancies and drive timely resolution Actively identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows using AI tools and data solutions Review and optimize existing processes, focusing on efficiency and reducing manual work Analyse AR and other finance-related data to spot anomalies, inconsistencies, and trends; translate findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations Collaborate closely with payment gateway providers and internal teams (Data, Payments, Billing) to ensure accurate data flows and system alignment Support financial audits by preparing required data and responding to inquiries Contribute to and gradually take ownership of revenue-related projects Your skills and experience Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and revenue-related processes Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and working with large datasets Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail, combined with the ability to see the bigger picture and understand end-to-end processes Interest in improving processes, driving automation, and exploring AI tools to increase efficiency; relevant prior experience is considered an advantage Proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and willingness to learn Excellent Lithuanian and English communication skills (both spoken and written) Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau), NAV/Business Central, or involvement in financial audits is considered an advantage Benefits for you 🚀 360 Growth: We provide limitless learning opportunities: access to platforms like Reforge and Scribd, global conferences, physical and digital libraries, feedback culture, and mentoring through TesoXchange.
