Description

The Accounts Receivable Lead oversees and monitors performance, provides training and coordinates workflow for assigned accounts receivable staff. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS * High School Diploma or GED equivalency QUALIFICATIONS * 5 years multi-specialty billing in a high volume setting * 3 years of lead or supervisory experience in healthcare * 2 years Epic experience * Payor contractual agreements/fee schedule knowledge * Intermediate oral and written communication skills required * Work is multi-tasked with frequent interruptions * Must be well organized and detail-oriented * Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills * Type at least 45 WPM and 10-key proficient * Computer skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) basic computer knowledge * Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals * Positive and professional attitude is expected to be maintained at all times PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * May include standing, sitting, and/or walking for extended periods * May include performing repetitive tasks * May include lifting up to 25 pounds UNLV Health will provide equal opportunity employment to all employees and applicants for employment.
