Description

Accounts Receivable Associate
LHH is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our clients finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable management.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluating credit limits for new and existing customers.
  • Generate and send out invoices to clients
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate payment terms.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable discrepancies
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Resolve billing issues.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Proven experience 3 working in accounts receivable or a related financial role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and billing procedures.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
