JOB OVERVIEW

Requires implementation of processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments from claims initially denied by insurance payers and invoices sent to clients. Understanding of insurance payers payment requirements, process to create client invoices and risk management of Accounts Receivable is necessary. Background in customer service, collections, and dispute resolution is necessary. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred. Required to collect from Insurance Companies and Clients monies owed to the firm.

Experience:

• Accounts Receivable : 5 years (Required

• Overseeing the accounts receivable team and ensuring accuracy of all accounts receivable activities.
• Monitoring and reviewing customer accounts to ensure payment terms are followed and overdue accounts are pursued.
• Investigating and resolving customer queries and disputes
• Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing aging reports to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Liaising with external auditors and third-party collection agencies as required
• Assisting leadership in the preparation of the annual budget and long-term financial objectives.
• Resolving Insurance Companies issues to get payments made on claims. Ensure Part B Accounts Receivables are paid by insurance companies or move to Client Invoice.
• Negotiate with clients in non-payment cases
• Organize records of invoices, bills and deposits
• Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law
• Ability to accurately process numerical data

• Maintain confidentiality of firms financial records and Accounts Receivable information.

  Pay: $71,000.00 - $99,500.00 per year
