YOUR ROLE

As an Accounts Receivable Manager with USL, you’ll be reporting directly to the Finance Director and manage, train and mentor the account receivable department. This leadership role within the Finance department oversees the collection of payments from customers, ensuring all the records are accurate and following up on overdue payments effectively.

Your role encompasses:

• Managing the receivable department, including overseeing collection of all debtor payments, process of creation of new debtor accounts, releasing held orders and handling debtor queries escalations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls relating to customer management and credit control.

Key essentials for the role:

• Over 5+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or credit department.
• Previous staff management and mentoring experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with work colleagues, customers, contractors and auditors
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, work to deadlines
• Process improvement mindset
