ROLE SUMMARY:

The AR Manager supports the Senior Financial Controller in managing daily Accounts Receivable functions, including cash applications, invoicing, and refunds. The role ensures service performance through KPI monitoring, process improvement, and resolving escalated customer and internal queries. This position collaborates closely with global teams and supports automation initiatives for payment processing and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate AR teams in cash applications, invoicing, and refunds
• Act as a key escalation point for complex AR issues and payment discrepancies
• Analyze and track unapplied/unidentified payments in partnership with GBS
• Ensure smooth integration of process changes and fee updates across internal teams and GBS
• Serve as a key user for implementing automated payment and reconciliation platforms
• Oversee cash management activities, including SAP bank statement interfaces Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of AR, audit, or financial analysis experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP
