JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. The Manager of Accounts Receivable will lead a team that supports our mission, vision, and office goals. This role involves creating an environment that fosters continuous improvement and innovation to ensure the implementation of best practices throughout the revenue cycle. The Manager will be responsible for maximizing the collectability of services provided, while ensuring policies and practices aligning with operational quality, efficiency, and compliance. They will collaborate with other functional areas to enhance system-wide efficiency and improve overall operations.
As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will oversee the development and performance of direct reports, with an emphasis on training, performance management, and leadership development. This role requires a strong focus on enhancing revenue cycle processes, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all financial activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of prior management experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, CPT codes, and ICD-10 codes; experience in orthopedics is a plus.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets and generate reports.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and client cash flow.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards, such as Medicare, and the ability to ensure adherence to these regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop systems to control financial activity accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
