We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Accounts Receivable Manager who is eager to lead and improve the accounts receivable functions within a professional finance environment, supporting the work of our central finance team at a world-leading institution.
You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions using our Unit4 ERP (Agresso) system. This will include the overseeing of sales invoices, payment allocations, accounts reconciliations and liaising with students, sponsors, and external customers in regard to any outstanding accommodation and/or tuition fee debt.
While the focus of this role is on Accounts Receivable, you will also contribute to wider financial operations and continuous process improvements.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to lead a team, strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive and organised approach to work.
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Occasional flexibility may be required to meet reporting deadlines.
