This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Accounts Receivable team supporting our branch staff and external customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer and internal accounts receivable queries
• Maintenance of the debtor’s ledger
• Investigating and resolving any overdue accounts or irregularities regarding customer accounts
• Maintaining accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date
• Communication of issues that may affect branch operations
• Building relationships and working collaboratively with others
• Ad hoc tasks as required
