Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, the purpose of this role is to support the Accounts Receivable processes and systems by ensuring payments are received in a timely manner, accurately recorded and discrepancies resolved. Previous experience within a high-volume retail environment would be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities include:

• End to End ownership of debtor’s ledger
• Cash Receipting and Allocation of payments
• Reconciliation of customer accounts
• Liaising with internal and external customers with regards to account queries
• Creation of new Debtor Master Files
• Processing of miscellaneous invoices, credit notes and journals
