In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth management of our accounts receivable processes. From monitoring outstanding balances to liaising with families and internal teams, your work will help support the important services we provide to children and communities. You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:  * Process and manage accounts receivable transactions including invoicing, receipting, account reconciliation, and maintenance of accurate customer records. * Monitor aged receivables, follow up on outstanding customer accounts, and prepare reports on debt and collection activity. * Escalate overdue accounts in accordance with policy and procedures and liaise with legal and external collection agencies as required. * Review accounts and provide recommendations for write-offs or further action. * Respond to internal and external customer queries professionally and in a timely manner, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
