THE OPPORTUNITY

Salary: $66,921 - $72,661 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Ongoing contract of appointment with a 6-month qualifying period.
Holmesglen is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to support the effective management of the Institute’s accounts receivable operations.
In this role, you will oversee and monitor debtor accounts, follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate financial records. Key responsibilities include performing daily bank reconciliations, processing invoices and preparing reports to support debt management decisions. You will also analyse and reconcile debtor accounts across systems and assist in identifying accounts to write-off.
