• Debtor Management for both patient and health fund
• Answer account queries
• Process payments and follow up on short payments
• Oversee electronic claims and rejection reports to ensure prompt payment of claims
• Working with clients regarding overdue payments
• Cash Handling and daily banking
• Quarterly reporting
• General administrative duties

You will bring to our high-performing team:

• Advanced computer skills
• Certificate III in Accounts Administration
• Experience with Patient Management System software (desired)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Works well independently and within a team
