THE POSITION:

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team based at our National Office. This role is a fast-paced role and will suit someone with good understanding of Accounts Receivable and Credit Management knowledge, personal drive and flexibility.

• Upload customer invoices into individual web portals in a timely and accurate manner
• Full Responsibility for some of the Major OEM Accounts and Debtor Collection of outstanding accounts
• Set up new accounts, full reconciliation of Major and Transport accounts
• Produce manual customer statements including weekly Transport Statements
• Liaise with customers including re-distribution of invoices and handling queries
• Assist in the raising of Manual Invoices, Credit notes and in the collection of outstanding Debtor accounts
• Daily allocation of EFT, Cheque and Credit Card payments
• Assist other members within the Accounts Receivable team
