The Accounts Receivable Officer – Residential Finance will be based in our Head Office on St Kilda Road with beautiful views overlooking Albert Park.
You will be responsible in the excellent service delivery for residential finance services from admission to discharge of residents in account set up, billing, account & funding reconciliations and collections.
As an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer, you will also provide support to the Finance department when required, meeting deadlines as assigned and compliance with regulatory requirements and company policy.

What you’ll be doing

  • Standard accounting AR responsibilities
  • Setting up the accounts
  • Account and funding reconciliations
  • Banking reconciliations, billing, direct debits and receipting
  • Collections and refunds
  • Month-end reporting
  • Managing account queries
  • Data maintenance / integrity
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Things that matter to us

  • Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance, desirable
  • Experience with Epicor software, desirable
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • 1 – 2 years experience, preferably aged care
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Team Player
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
