About the Role
Service Stream’s Corporate division are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Business Services team. Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Lead, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective transactional services in line with the groups strategic and operational objectives.
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Collins Street, Melbourne, Vic
Reporting Line: Accounts Receivable Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard in the delivery and performance of day to day transactional services
  • Liaise with internal and external clients
  • Provision of credit to the company’s customers, contractors and counterparties
  • Timely and accurate receipt of customer payments
  • Effectively maintain a debtors portfolio to maximize collection of cash
  • Identify opportunities for improvement where possible to improve cash flow

About You:

  • Prior experience as an AR Officer is highly desired
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skill
  • Strong understanding of transactional banking duties
  • Experience within the telecommunications and utilities industry is desirable
  • Exposure to transactional banking and credit management within a corporate environment
  • Good organisation, communication and time management skills
  • Prior experience with online banking, Enterprise Resource Planning software such as IFS, Viewpoint etc is adantageous
