Description
Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, this Accounts Receivable Officer will join our Credit team on a 7-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave, based at our Guildford location. This role is responsible for day-to-day cash application and reconciliations across the Credit & AR function, while also supporting Credit Officers with administrative tasks.   Roster:  Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal break) 7 Month - Parental Leave - Fixed Term Contract     What You’ll Do: Process and apply incoming payments to customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner Maintain and update customer remittance information and payment profiles Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash Manage remittance processing in a semi-automated AI environment Identify process improvement opportunities Collaborate with Credit Officers Undertaking administrative tasks in the Credit team     Skills & Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable Officer or similar role The ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels System savvy professional with a proven ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and optimise the use of various digital platforms and tools to enhance workflow efficiency and support business outcomes.
