Are you passionate about Accounts Receivable and passionate about ensuring financial records are accurate? We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager of Accounts Receivable Operations, to join our dedicated Accounts Receivable (AR) team based out of our Pawtucket, RI headquarters. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely application of cash receipts as this is crucial for accounts receivable to work efficiently, and an important contributor to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise the cash applications team to ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments, including ACH, wire transfers, checks and credit card transactions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a cash management team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Work directly with team members across the accounts receivable team to resolve issues
  • Identify enhancements cash-related workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions
  • Resolving missed payments, deductions, adjustments, and credit issues
