We are seeking a experienced Accounts Receivable/Payroll Administration Officer to join our team on a Part-Time Basis.

Responsibilities

As the Accounts Receivable/Payroll Administration Officer you will be responsible for:

  • Processing of accounts receivables
  • Monthly reconciliation of aged debtors
  • Follow up aged debtors
  • Provide high level administrative support including general filing, scanning and archiving
  • Maintaining Payglobal, Roster On and Looplearn software.
  • Liaise with external payroll provider in relation to:
  • Forwarding all relevant payroll forms;
  • all pay and leave queries;
  • Salary Packaging.
  • Maintain Superannuation contributions.
  • Prepare ID cards for employees and volunteers.
  • Liaise with WorkCover Officer in relation to WorkCover top-up wages.
  • Preparation of monthly reports as required by the Finance Department.
  • Assist department managers with payroll related information.
  • Maintain knowledge of all relevant Awards and EBA’s.
