Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable - Process Associate - English - Remote Romania*
In this role, you will be taking care of:

Responsibilties

• Maintenance of accounts receivables, reviewing and recommending block of account, partner concern of payment problems/issues.
• Write-off management/processing, receivables reporting and communication of payment/financial issues with internal customers via e-mail (this is a back-office role, implying no phone interactions with the customers).
• Understanding of all business unit practices and procedures
• Promptly handling audit requirements
• Reporting activities (eg. reporting tasks on blocked invoices etc)
• Building strong collaborative relationships with all stakeholders across the region
• Taking active part in projects related to improvements or process changes.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role in debt recovery
• Command of English language (B2)
• Strong Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
• Attention to details and strong problem-solving abilities
