JOB DESCRIPTION

• Property management
• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions related to property operations.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to streamline workflows.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports on receivables and ageing schedules for management review.
• Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues.
