Job Details Job Location: Corporate - Reno, NV 89521 Job Category: Entry Level WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative (AR Rep) with strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills to join our Corporate Accounting team in Reno, NV. Our AR Rep focuses on preparing and submitting invoices, processing preliminary lien notices (preliens), coordinating lien releases, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Reporting to our Accounting Manager, you’ll primarily work with the AR Lead, Accountants, Assistant Controller, and Controller. You also will utilize effective communication to collaborate with internal departments, customers and external partners. A highlight of your day-to-day will include: Processing Invoices Generate, review, and submit customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and company procedures. Ensure accuracy of billing information, including job numbers, purchase orders, and supporting documentation. Reconcile discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and customer accounts. Managing Preliens & Liens Prepare and file preliminary lien notices (preliens) within required timeframes to secure lien rights. Track lien deadlines and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with state regulations. Coordinate and issue lien releases upon receipt of payment, ensuring proper documentation and timely distribution. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate customer account records, including invoices, preliens, lien releases, and payment histories. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/accounting software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
