Accounts Receivable Representative
Voyage has been helping doctors with their practice billing for about 5 years. With the rapid growth we are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk/Collections representative to provide AR collections assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have High School diploma/GED at minimum required
• Positive attitude & customer service experience
• Excel knowledge (working with spreadsheets etc.)
• Experience with EMR systems helpful

• Correcting and resubmitting insurance claims.
• Submitting Medical records or appeal for claims when required.
• Processes denials and all insurance correspondence to ensure that claims are paid.
