Qualifications: 1+ years of experience of b2b collections experience Experience with Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPS) Experience in Sage100 preferred, but open to other ERP systems Job Description: The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role plays a key part in supporting the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Proactively contact clients via phone and email to address outstanding balances and ensure timely payments Analyze aging reports to align receivables with organizational cash flow targets Investigate and resolve inconsistencies in payments and invoicing Keep thorough records of collection efforts and payment communications Partner with internal teams—including project leads and billing staff—to verify invoice accuracy Generate weekly receivables summaries and contribute to month-end financial close processes Identify and assist in implementing improvements to billing and collection workflows Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
