This position focuses on payment posting and related accounting tasks, offering flexible hours and the possibility of remote work for experienced candidates.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• QuickBooks Desktop knowledge is required.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently without supervision or guidance.
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Previous accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience is a must.

• Post customer payments accurately using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile credit card statements and bank statements.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
