While collections is the basis of the job, we spend a lot of time working internally with our sales teams to ensure invoice accuracy and timely payment. While collections can be very challenging, the relationships built both internally and externally are very rewarding as we are responsible for all cash flow and in turn leads to overall success. Job Responsibilities: * Review timely and accurate submission of invoices for key WWT customers * Govern invoices to meet specific requirements for key WWT customers * Proactively escalate collection delays to ensure we meet our Collection past due goals * Timely communication to Customer inquiries & proactive communication regarding open aging * Coordinate & communicate with Treasury on cash application * Coordinate with Sales, Operations, & AR Processors to research and resolve invoice issues * Communicate with AR Processors on invoice submission/payment status * Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
