ABOUT THIS ROLE

As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our billing processes. You will collaborate closely with customers, field teams, and office staff to confirm that all necessary documentation is received, accurately recorded, and processed efficiently. Your efforts will help ensure that invoices are issued correctly and on schedule, supporting timely payments and maintaining strong account standings.
Further, in this role, you will also serve as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and managing any issues that arise. Through effective communication and a customer-focused approach, you will provide account reconciliation and ongoing account management, helping to foster positive and professional relationships with our clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Ensure billing is done correctly and on time
• Work with field teams, and office staff to gather and organize paperwork
• Generate and send out invoices to customers
• Answer customer questions and correct any billing issues/errors
• Identify and solve errors and/or problems
• Keep accounts updated and double-check that records are accurate
• Help manage customer accounts in a friendly and helpful way
• Look for ways to make our billing process faster and smoother
