• Any DAW location within Germany could serve as the place of employment for this role.
• You independently manage a defined customer portfolio and are responsible for the proper handling of all accounts receivable transactions as well as the quality of receivables, account and balance reconciliation.
• You will be responsible for professional receivables management, including monitoring of outstanding items, dunning procedures, and active management of payment risks.
• As the central point of contact, you will process and coordinate customer discrepancies, chargeback notices and other claims, working closely with sales, customer service and other departments in an international corporate environment.
• You actively participate in monthly and annual financial statements and support the assurance of proper accounting.
• You support the continuous optimization, standardization and digitization of processes in the order-to-cash environment and contribute to the further development of modern receivables management .

This is what you bring with you

• You have successfully completed commercial training, a degree in business administration , or a comparable qualification in finance and accounting. Building on this, you have already gained several years of professional experience in accounts receivable, receivables management, or credit management.
• You possess a strong understanding of financial relationships and processes in the order-to-cash environment.
• Ideally, you have experience in optimizing and digitizing financial processes.
• You have sound SAP knowledge and are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel.
• You work analytically, in a structured and independent manner, and maintain an overview even with complex issues. Your teamwork skills and solution-oriented approach to dealing with internal and external stakeholders are among your strengths.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and move with ease in an international working environment.
