Your tasks:

• Independent execution of accounts receivable business processes in compliance with guidelines
• Review and posting of outgoing invoices, credit notes and receivables
• Monitoring and booking of incoming payments as well as account reconciliation
• Handling customer inquiries and dunning procedures
• Execution of payment runs and debt collection processes including credit checks
• Identification and implementation of optimization potentials

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Further training in accounting (e.g., Chamber of Industry and Commerce) is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in accounts receivable, ideally in an SSC or corporate environment
• Good knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office
• Independent, structured work style and high level of commitment
