Elmet Technologies is seeking an on-site Accounts Receivable professional to join the team! This position is accountable for daily invoicing as well as ensuring timely customer payments by proactively working with the key customer contacts. Responsibilities also include keeping records of all delinquent accounts, incomplete files and credit risks. Located in Lewiston, Maine right off of I-95, Elmet is conveniently located!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

• High school diploma/GED
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work with external customers and maintain a favorable impression of Elmet

• Collect & post cash receivables
• Manage receivables by knowing status of all customers
• Call customers and arranging payment
• Place or release sales orders from credit hold as necessary
• Pull credit reports and assisting in setting up new customer terms
• Attend weekly credit meeting
• Pull daily bank details
• Run daily invoices, credits and mail
• Resolve customer disputes
• Online customer portal billing
