SUMMARY

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who combines strong accounting expertise with advanced Excel skills and ERP systems knowledge. This is not a typical AR role — you’ll play a critical part in financial reporting, system integration, and process automation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven expertise in ERP systems; experience in integration or system enhancements strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, data transformation).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively across Finance, IT, and Operations teams.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Hands-on ERP integration experience.
• Manufacturing or high-volume transaction environment.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable workflows.

• Manage AR processes including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Support ERP integration and system improvements; troubleshoot errors and test new modules.
• Build Excel dashboards and reports using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and macros.
• Create queries and reports to support financial and operational analysis.
• Identify billing gaps and improve processes through data automation and transformation.
• Research, develop tools, and implement best practices to optimize AR workflows.
