We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team in Copenhagen on a fixed-term contract, until September 2026. This is a great opportunity to step into a dynamic, international environment where you’ll be part of a diverse and close-knit AR team. Together with our wider Accounting & Tax function – a global shared service centre supporting eight legal entities (DK, UK, DE, US, LT, AU, NL and IT) – you’ll play an important role in ensuring smooth and timely collection processes that keep the business moving.
You’ll be joining a fun, social and collaborative finance team of around 35 colleagues across Copenhagen, London and New York. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work, supporting each other, and living our core value of “we like to help” – whether that’s assisting teammates or partnering with the wider organisation.

• Handle incoming tickets from customers and sales representatives, resolving queries promptly
• Contact customers to collect payments and manage follow-ups
• Send reminders and account statements
• Support Sales teams with AR-related questions
• Take on ad hoc tasks to support the wider Finance team
