As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll own the full AR cycle at a company where finance is taken seriously and your contributions are visible at the leadership level. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own daily cash applications — accurate, on time, every time Hunt down discrepancies and resolve billing issues before they become problems Keep AR aging tight and accounts current through proactive follow-up Maintain clean records in our ERP and deliver reporting leadership actually uses Work hand-in-hand with sales to keep customer relationships — and payments — on track WHAT YOU BRING 2–3 years of AR experience (manufacturing background a plus) Fluency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel An eye for detail and the confidence to communicate what you find Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance — or the experience that proves it WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU Competitive pay.
