As an accounting clerk, you will have the unique and important responsibility for processing health contributions. You will engage with customers to research and resolve any benefit eligibility issues. You will be responsible for: Receiving and adding/updating employee enrollment documents Receiving and reconciling monthly employer contributions (i.e., accounts receivable functions) Resolving health coverage issues Communicating regularly with employers and participants Who you are... Experienced: Two years experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or other related experience Organized: Prioritize work, able to multitask and be timely with work Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills--both written and verbal Service Minded: Deliver superior and timely customer service, exhibiting empathy and care Detailed: Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills Technically Savvy: Intermediate experience with Excel and Word Who we are...
