We’re hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract role with our client in Calgary. This position is ideal for someone with a strong AR/collections background who is confident, detail-oriented, and great with both numbers and people.

Full-cycle AR and collections
Post cash receipts, including credit cards
Daily cash receipt balancing
Conduct credit checks and follow up on aging accounts
Assist with bank/account reconciliations and EFT setup
Cover reception during breaks/vacations
Occasional support with freight invoices, payroll forms, and bill payments
Ad-hoc duties as requested
