This is a varied role combining accounts receivable, invoicing, customer account management and sales administration, with plenty of interaction across the business.

• What you’ll be doing:Manage customer invoicing from preparation through to issue
• Support collections, payments and customer accounts
• Handle invoice queries, credit notes and billing discrepancies
• Support the sales team with orders and account administration
• Maintain accurate data within the ERP system
• Prepare routine financial and operational reports
• Work closely with internal teams to support an efficient order-to-cash process

• What we’re looking for:Background in finance, administration, sales support or customer service
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system is a plus
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
