Accounts Receivable specialist (Financial Services)

We are looking for someone with Accounts Receivable expertise who has experience automating AR processes in Salesforce. This will be a position that will take on current manual processes and have the opportunity to automate the process front to take.

You will be initially be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the wider finance function.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAutomate the AR process in Salesforce.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to support efficient payment and automation processes.
• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment allocation, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment collection and proactively follow up on overdue balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing queries, payment discrepancies, and account issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure data integrity within the finance system.
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances and support month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to resolve customer account issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial procedures.

• RequirementsPrevious experience working within a SaaS business or similarly structured environment is essential.
• Previous experience in automating an AR process/AR processes in Salesforce
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies independently.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
