To belong at Savio you need to: Take initiative, be ambitious and detail oriented Have integrity and professionalism Be team oriented and flexible As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will support our cause by: Submit billing for Medicaid and other sources for client services Prepare monthly spreadsheets in Excel for billing reconciliation and cash receipt posting Provide therapist and program Directors with new referrals and eligibility on a daily basis Confirm Medicaid clients continued eligibility a minimum of twice monthly Work with clinical staff to support clients in understanding their coverage and navigating issues Ensure that staff are registered with the appropriate agencies and update each RAE quarterly on staffing changes Back-up front desk duties as needed and other duties as assigned Assist the Controller and Accounting Assistant with accounting/administrative help as needed Salary: $24-$27 per hour, full time Benefits: 10 paid holidays Vacation time + Sick time Medical: Low employee cost medical coverage Dental, Vision, Life, Critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity HSA, FSA accounts Employee Assistance Program Pet Insurance Retirement: 403b account Employer Funded Retirement Plan Requirements Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred; Word and Excel knowledge; Positive attitude and professional appearance; No criminal record.
