Our corporate office in Buffalo is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist’s job responsibilities include:

• collection calls and correspondence in a fast paced environment
• providing customer service regarding collection issues, resolve client discrepancies and short paymentsmonitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
• 
  
• customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, and customer reconciliations

• accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
• communicating and following up effectively with branch managers regarding customer accounts

Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Specialist position include:

• knowledge of the billing and collections procedures
• the ability to multitask
• strong attention to detail
• working well with customers and other team members

Pay depends on experience.
