We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer invoicing, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with tax documentation. Here’s some value you would bring to the team:

  • Active monitoring of customer accounts to identify overdue payments.
  • Contact customers for payments per internal process & ensuring that accounts are up to date.
  • Contact customers to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Conversion of sales orders into invoices from service department.
  • Invoicing of proforma service deposits received.
  • Creation of new customer accounts.
  • Update and maintain customer contact information.
  • Collect tax exemption certificates from customers as needed.
  • Compile all related documents in customer portfolio.
  • Any ad hoc project as requested.
